Six of my films screened in Amsterdam international festival

On the 5th, 6th and 7th of March the 6th edition of Atrabilious Amsterdam Experimental Film Festival will take place; an international experimental film fest with 26 filmmakers and more than 70 short films. The festival has in recent years gained cult status within the range of experimental film, put together by the Zapruder Art Movement. This year's focus will be on radical and poetical, and the festival will be in collaboration with the Istanbul Experimental Film Festival.

On all three days, filmmakers will be present for Q&As. On Saturday March 7, live experimental noise music will be played in the foyer by the duo fffjpg (Libanon/Italy). In addition, there will be a video installation by Laurent Grappe in the foyer, called The boat, in which he follows a young African refugee on his journey through Europe, but even more it's about why he flees to Europe.
